Absolutely! As long as the home has a WiFi connection we can set up routines that will work for any age. Users do not need to have had prior experience with smart home technology, and we work closely to support users who are interacting with smart home devices for the first time. For younger users we would recommend parental controls on smart devices to keep kids safe, irrespective of disability. 

We work with all degrees of complexity, including using proximity sensors and eyeball tracking for non-verbal users.   

For those with profound verbal or physical difficulty, or a combination, we may suggest devices to add to the home, such as smart-home-enabled curtain runners. The more connected the home is, the more we have to work with. All this would be part of your tailored plan in our first home visit. 

Yes, we offer ongoing support to update routines as your needs change over time and can help troubleshoot the system in the case of routines stopping working.  

Yes, everyone undertaking home visits has a full DBS check
